Grant to Train Local Workers for Construction Industry

Fracturing a hip or spraining a wrist means a long rehabilitation, which can decrease seniors’ quality of life or even prevent them from living independently in their own homes. Volunteer Matter of Balance Coaches Needed
Volunteer to coach seniors for an award-winning, fallprevention program, A Matter of Balance - Managing Concerns about Falls. Teach older adults whohave concerns about falling how to reduce their fear of falling and safely increasetheir activity levels.
